INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROVISIONS CONCERNING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

From May the 25th of 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation becomes enforceable in Poland. In connection with the above, we present information regarding the protection and processing of your personal data.

Who is the controller?

Controller of your personal data is Fablox Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. [further Fablox] with its registered office at ul. Polska 94a, Poznan.

At Fablox, responsibilities related to the implementation of the RODO requirements have been assigned. If you want to contact us in all matters related to the protection and processing of personal data or take advantage of your rights, please contact us by email at: info@fablox.pl.

Purpose and leagal basis of procesing?

1. We need your personal data to execute the contract you make with Fablox (legal basis for processing: Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR). Above all for:
   - contract performance - commercial contracts will be processed until its completion and then for a period of 15 years.

2. Your personal data will be processed by us due to the legitimate interest pursued by Fablox (legal basis for processing: Article 6 (1) letter f). Above all for:
   - implementation of statistical statements and internal reporting and will be processed for 6 years from the last purchase carried out in Implacore. 

Are your personal details transferred?

To ensure proper functioning and compliance with law, personal data may be forwarded to:

• IT system suppliers,
• a company supporting the IT area service,
• consulting companies,
• a company providing accounting services,
• law and debt law offices,
• companies that carry out the document destruction service,

And other authorized entities on a justified request, e.g. Police, Prosecutor's Office, Court, etc.

Rights in relation to your personal data?

You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectification, deletion, transfer and processing restrictions.
We would also like to inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent supervisory authority.

Is my data transferred outside the EEA?

No. Fablox does not send your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

Is my data used for profiling?

No. Personal profiling does not take place on the basis of personal data provided by you.

Is the provision of personal data necessary?

Yes, providing personal data is necessary for the implementation of the contract. Without that information it will be impossible to cooperate with Fablox.
